- Simona’s qualification as a lawyer of oil and gas companies is doubled by her experience as a petroleum engineer. She has gained a significant experience working for many years as a petroleum engineer in oil and gas companies and afterwords she has used her knowledge and working experience as a lawyer in the same field of activity. Therefore, she is coming from the core business of this industry and this is a guarantee of the quality for the provided legal services, being based upon understanding of the business in the smallest detail as well as the needs of the oil and gas clients
- She has graduated Wells Drilling and Production of oil and gas fields within the Petroleum and Gas University in Ploiesti, then the Law School within the Romanian-American University in Bucharest
- She holds an LLM Degree in the “International Commercial Arbitration” from the Bucharest University Law School obtained during 2013-2014 and an LLM Master Degree in “Management in the oil and gas industry” obtained during 2017-2019 from the Petroleum and Gas University, in Ploiesti. She also holds a license issued by the Romanian Ministry of Justice for legal translations from and into English language
